I find no way to generate a challenge for the keygen until I locate the library (I see the options to activate, try as demo, or buy, along the bottom, but those are "greyed-out" and inaccessable).just in case that is an issue. The "Heat Up 3" folder only contains "Heat Up 3.settings" file. no way to generate a challenge for the keygen until I locate the library (I. One is "Heat Up 3" and the other is IgniteVST". In Users\xxxx\Appdata\Roaming, there are 2 folders. So I created symlinks to the "Heatup Library" in various places that might be the "default location" it might look at, but no luck. I figured if there was a problem with the browsing/ selecting of the library folder, having it in the default location might solve it.
